Itinéraire

  1. Welcome at KLIA, transfer to Mandarin Oriental, evening drinks at the Skybar with Petronas Towers views.

  2. Morning at Merdeka Square and the Sultan Abdul Samad Building, lunch in Chinatown, afternoon at the Petronas Towers Skybridge.

  3. Half-day at the Batu Caves Hindu temple complex, evening street-food walk in Jalan Alor.

  4. Morning flight to Denpasar (~3h), transfer to Sayan (~1h30), sunset on the river-canyon terrace.

  5. Morning walk through Tegallalang's rice terraces, lunch at a warung, afternoon at Goa Gajah and the Ubud Palace.

  6. Free day for the Sacred Monkey Forest, the Ubud market, or simply the resort's spa.

  7. Drive south to Seminyak (~1h30), check in at The Legian, sunset on the beach with cocktails.

Malaysia: visa-free 90 days. Indonesia: $35 USD visa on arrival, paid in cash or card at Denpasar. Thailand: visa-free 30 days. We send a checklist before departure.

Kuala Lumpur: hot and humid year-round, August is among the drier months. Bali: dry season, sunny — peak Bali weather. Phuket: monsoon season — daily showers, but resorts are well-equipped and Phang Nga is sheltered. We choose calm days for boat outings.

It's the wet season. Showers come and go; full-blown washouts are rare. The pace of the Phuket leg is deliberately resort-leaning so weather doesn't dictate the trip.
